Neighbourhood Plan

12:00 noon on Friday 7 June 2019
through to
12:00 noon on  Friday 19 July 2019

Beccles Town Council is formally undertaking a
in line with Government regulations.

This means that our draft Neighbourhood Plan which has been drawn up following extensive consultation and engagement work with the local community is now ready for you, as a resident of Beccles, to read, digest and share your feedback by the deadline date above.

It is also ‘out for consultation’ with other agencies, including East Suffolk Council, Broads Authority, Suffolk County Council, neighbouring parishes, environmental agencies and the NHS.

They too must reply within this 6 week consultation period.

When the consultation period closes on Friday 19th July 2019,  all feedback collected is then reviewed, and the Beccles Neighbourhood Plan is amended if necessary to ensure that it reflects the majority views of the local community.
