Welcome to the Beccles Business Association.

Beccles is now one of the fastest growing market towns in East Anglia, due to the increase in businesses both in the Town Centre and Business Parks sited on the outskirts of the Town, which has seen vast amounts of investment in new and existing companies. With this in mind the Business Association has increased its membership and taken on
more local events, which means it can do more in the local community.

Last year we were responsible for an archway in Manor House Lane which encourages shoppers from Tesco into the
Town Centre. We also have encouraged tourism by opening the famous ‘Bell Tower’ last year as a tourist attraction and organise visits twice a year by a French Market. The annual Christmas Late Night Shopping event in November, along with a Straw Race in July and a Duck Race in September on the river run by the Beccles Association, all attract visitors and the local community every year. Beccles, as a Market Town, has much to offer through unique specialised local shops, excellent restaurants, good accommodation and riverside facilities. Our Association looks forward to
assisting the further enhancement of our lovely Town in the years to come.
